For more than 20 years, Tara has dedicated her career to making healthcare a place where people feel cared for, understood, and supported. She began her journey in 2000 as a receptionist and moved quickly into billing, coding, and clinical support, eventually completing her advanced medical assisting degree with an emphasis in phlebotomy.

Her work across pediatrics, internal medicine, rheumatology, and naturopathy shaped not only her clinical knowledge, but her philosophy of care: that every patient deserves to be met with compassion and dignity. Tara has held nearly every non-physician role in a medical practice, giving her a rare ability to understand, anticipate, and improve the full patient experience.

After briefly stepping away from medicine in 2020, Tara returned with renewed purpose when she met Dr. Joanne Thambuswamy. Today, she brings her heart, her leadership, and her deep operational experience to Inclusive Health, where she helps build a clinic environment rooted in respect, safety, and belonging.

Outside of work, Tara is passionate about organization, creativity, and making the world around her just a little bit better—one person at a time.
